Originally from Pennsylvania, Kristine began
visiting Florida with her family in the early-80s as they began investing in
seasonal residence and vacation properties. She was raised in the
hospitality industry and her family owned a once iconic Lehigh Valley Lobster
House, Cossie Snyders Corner, for more than 30 years. She went on to enlist in
the US Army National Guard, graduating from the US Army Quartermaster School in
Fort Lee, VA. Kristine served as an Automated Logistics Supply Specialist in
PAARNG, while being employed full-time as a Financial Aid Advisor at Lincoln
Technical Institute’s, Allentown, PA Campus.
Kristine continued serving in the PAARNG while
being trained as a Finance Specialist at the Defense
Finance and Accounting Services Center in Indianapolis, IN, while
simultaneously continuing her full-time position as a Financial Aid Advisor at
Lincoln Technical Institute’s Indianapolis, IN Campus.
In 2002, following 9/11, Kristine was
recognized by her Company Commander and became one of 5 soldiers from her
Company to be offered the opportunity to serve on Active Duty in support of
Operation Enduring Freedom. As Task Force Keystones Logistical
Integration Support Team Administrative NCO during the deployment, redeployment
and contingency operations in the USAREUR Theater, Kristine was recognized for

in Germersheim, Germany, where she was awarded the Army Achievement Medal.
Kristine moved back to Sanibel and Captiva in
2004, where she became a valued member in the Marketing department at one of
the premier real estate firms on the Islands at that time. Kristine attended
Real Estate School in 2005 and became a licensed Florida Realtor. Her
invaluable assets afforded her the opportunity to work as a personal Assistant
to multiple Agents; all of whom were Top Producers at that time, one who many
years later started her own Brokerage Firm. Kristine was also Assistant to an
outstanding Husband and Wife Team who continue to serve the Captiva Island
Community and additionally, to the late Elizabeth (Betsy) Belpedio who was
dedicated to Punta Rassa and Sanibel Island.
Kristine’s background in Logistics, Finance,
Administration and Marketing have been invaluable assets for her and her real
estate business and is one of the reasons her level of service may far surpass
most. Her compressive worldwide marketing campaign, attention to details and
entrepreneurial roots are why Kristine has been recognized by her customers for
providing Exceptional Real Estate Service year after year. Additionally,
Kristine’s network for resources are broad. Her husband Tony is a Graduate of Virginia
